CHOCOBUTIOG CACAO TABLEYA

Est. 2019

ChocoButiog is an emerging Philippine-based sole-proprietorship comprised of small scale farmers whose aim is to make cacao farming more sustainable in the country and to develop, promote, and support products made from cacao.
What makes our tableya special among other in the market is the high chocolate aroma and taste of the chocolate flavor. We are still using the old Spanish way of roasting to maintain its unique chocolate aroma. This what makes our tableya more attractive to consumer. Since from the way its smells almost everyone can know right away that its a pure cacao beans.
We only used premium selected cacao beans. We are very meticulous on choosing our beans. To ensure the quality of the product. We set standard protocol from the cacao pod harvest to drying the beans.
With all the method we used and the process we made. This makes our tableya difference from the other. It has a very high aroma of chocolate and it taste so good.
Our team (included of our family members) is creative, innovative, and responsible with a strong sense of dedication and commitment. We are driven and motivated to achieve one goal - that is to improve the lives of cacao farmers by providing a reliable source of income and working on the potential growth of the cacao industry in the country. We demonstrate perseverance in everything we do, especially in promoting sustainable cacao farming and in contributing to the overall agricultural growth in the Philippines.
Our product line includes Old fashioned Tableya (100% Dark Chocolate), Nibs (Plain & Sweet) & Thick Chocolate spread that makes a huge difference to the lives of cacao farmers in our small barangay.
Not all tableya/chocolate are created equal. Some are created with extra love. Others with impressive eye to detail. And some with that special artisan touch. Then there is ChocoButiog that’s been combining all of these and more to create premium products right here in Nagcarlan, Laguna.
Our products are used by hotels and restaurant to make traditional hot chocolate drinks and as ingredient to cakes, pastries, cookies etc. Our product is manufactured using the traditional process.
